Once we’re happy everything’s in place, our legal team will draft a bespoke agreement.
This will include:
- A map of the land
- Any costs or payments involved
- A clear process for sorting out any disputes
We’ll always recommend that you get your own legal advice before signing anything. After everything’s agreed, we’ll register the covenant as a local land charge and send you confirmation from the Land Registry.
